About the role

Who are we looking for?

The role of the Implementation and Support & Success Manager is to ensure smooth system deployment and onboarding of new clients, as well as to maintain ongoing customer satisfaction. In addition to working closely with the client's team on the technical implementation of User.com, you will be responsible for organizing regular support sessions and assisting clients in automating and customizing their business processes. Our ideal candidate possesses both strong technical and interpersonal skills and is ready to have a real impact on key business processes while collaborating with companies such as LG, Macmillan Education, Bricomarche, Educations.com, and many others. To work with us, you must be ready to learn new things quickly, every day.

Your responsibilities:
  • Direct cooperation with clients to effectively implement the User.com system,
  • Educating clients on how to use our platform to build a successful business,
  • Responding to client inquiries via chat, email, and video conferencing,
  • Analyzing requirements, monitoring, managing, and resolving issues,
  • Influencing the shape of our product by conveying client requirements to the product team.
You are the perfect candidate for this position if you:
  • Are very proficient in English, both spoken and written (C1 level or higher),
  • Are very proficient in Polish, both spoken and written (C1 level or higher),
  • Possess technical skills (basic coding, knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API),
  • Have some prior experience in a similar position,
  • Can listen, understand, and help our clients achieve their business goals,
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn,
  • Can demonstrate a genuine interest in helping a large number of both technical and non-technical clients,
  • Are eager to work in a highly dynamic environment, learning and developing every day.
Nice to have:
  • Google Tag Manager skills,
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation solutions (familiarity with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce),
  • General marketing knowledge (previous experience in an advertising agency is a huge plus).
